Hagerty Insurance recently listed the BMW E46 M3 as Top 10 Classic Car to Buy in 2017.  In fact, it was #1 on the list.  
This car has been ADULT-OWNED since new.  It has not been modified mechanically, nor has it been raced, auto-crossed, or driven hard.  It is nearly flawless.  It has been garage-kept, dealer-serviced, and babied since birth.
This is a collector show car for grown-ups-which is very rare in the E46 M3 category.  
I have both keys, all the receipts, paperwork, and books since new.  The wheels are brand new (NOS) OEM 18" M3 wheels with Michelin PSS tires and less than 300 miles.
This car is essentially new and stock with the exception of few tasteful aesthetic/convenience modifications.  ALL OF THESE MODIFICATIONS WERE PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED (NOT DIY).  I cannot stress this enough and it absolutely shows.  All the body gaps are perfect.  No sagging headliner.  Everything functions perfectly.  There are no issues, no flaws, no damage, no repairs, no wheel curb rash...not even little.  
This car still smells new!

Do your research on SMG II and you will read conflicting opinions.  Many enthusiasts will sing the praises of manual-only cars having never stepped foot in an SMG II car.  I have driven both cars and notice little or no performance difference.  SMG II gives you more options...automatic or manual...paddle or stick. ALL of these are useful and fun!  And if you live in big metro area (with heavy traffic), SMG II is really the way to go.

The E46 M3 Coupe was discontinued by BMW in 2006, making this low mile example perfect for collectors and investors alike.  Similar to the Porsche 911, the M3 is an instant classic whose value will no doubt keep climbing into the future.
TERMS & CONDITIONS$1,000 non-refundable deposit is due from the Buyer upon auction end or winning bid.
Full payment is due from Buyer within business days of auction end or winning bid.  
Buyer is responsible for transport (set up and fees) within business days of payment clearing. 
On Day 6, storage fees of $25 per day begin and must be paid before vehicle will be release to transport or Buyer. 
Bank or money transfer fees are the Buyer's responsibility.

Seller will not "hold" the car for purchase on the promise of payment.
