2009 BMW 5-Series 535 X-drive Xi warranty for sale

Up for Sale is my 2009 535 Xi in space gray metallic with black interior. The car comes with 6month/6,000Mile warranty from third party. It currently has less than 95k miles (daily driver with just over 94k) and the warranty is good until 100K or 6/2017.
But no need to fret or even need the warranty. If you know the N54 platform then you know about the issues that can arise with them. BMW designed this engine and way underpowered if from the factory. With some light modifications, it really unleashes the beast within.
Wastegate rattle on the turbos? Not here, she got brand new factory OEM turbos under BMW warranty less than 20K miles ago. Bad injectors, nope! have had all injectors done with the latest series. Oh, what about walnut blast? yup less than 10k miles ago. Oh, must be HPFP. Not here. She just had brand new HPFP installed back on October 21 2016. All of the major concerns with N54 have been taken care of AND you get warranty.
She is loaded with every option except comfort access. Sport mode, cold weather package (heated seats and steering wheel), 20 way comfort seats, Navigation (both discs included for all of the USA). Some of the mods that have done are;Burger dual cone intakeVRSF intercoolerVRSF chargepipe and Tial blow off valveM front bumper and side skirtsMuffler delete19in TE 37 reps with new rear tires less than 2K miles on them6000k HID and Halos3000k yellow fogs35% tint all around 50% tint on front window
The TPMS light is on due to the aftermarket wheels and the Check engine light is on for the catalytic converters (NO way does it interfere with the performance or function of the car). was going to install downpipes but didn't get around to doing so.
The car is perfect and love her, but life is short and have long list of cars want to own. So it is time for change. do have all of the stock parts and set of wheels and tires to be included in the sale if agreed upon price. Car comes as you see it.
