There is a lien on the title so that will have to be paid off for the title to be released. sold as-is. no warranty. buyer arranges for and pays for all shipping. $500 deposit due within 24 hours of auction close via pay pal. full payment due within days of auction close. car needs to be picked up within days of auction close. payment by cash or certified check.
