The body is in superb condition. The interior is in great condition, everything works as it should and it is very clean.Mechanically this Series is in great condition with nothing negative to report. Just recently serviced at my local BMW dealer. Still has Maintenance Warranty in my name, covers regular items such as brakes, rotors motor oil, fluids, wiper blades and regular maintenance items. Just had car serviced, oil changed and full car inspection done. Car has previous loss history, car was purchased from an insurance auction with no damage at all. The day after purchased vehicle was driven home. To this day have no idea why it has loss history. Have auction pictures upon request. Car is registered in my name(No liens) I guarantee no issues whatsoever with the vehicle. Very powerful 4.4L twin turbo Monster V8. The car currently has BMS stage tune which is the same as Dinan stage 2-3 minus the decal sticker. Dyno papers show the car puts down 425HP (AWD) and 477 lb-tq  0-60 in 4.3 seconds. It will put smile on your face every time you drive it. The car is just Amazing, it got the power, the looks, the german quality and reliability. Just push the button, drive and enjoy.  You can enjoy very well equipped 550xi AWD sedan that needs nothing more than new home. It is being discounted strictly for its prior history. 
The Bad: Will probably need new tires soon. Has roughly 10,000 miles left in them, still look great just not fan of goodyear runonflats their little loud for my taste. And the front LH driver side hub needs to be changed. Front bumper has small dent on lower lip (probably curbed somewhere look at pic) of the rims have curb rash Hit rock on country Rd) And thats it! 
Asking only 28,900 will consider very reasonable offers, keep in mind its still $38,000 car with New sticker price of $72,145 (still have it in the car). Still has maintenance warranty, looks phenomenal, drives like charm, inside out the car is on point, can assure you wont be disappointed.
