1998 BMW 540i -E39 for sale

For sale is top of the range 1998 BMW E39 540i.
Car to be sold unregistered without roadworthy.
Has only done 212,000km.
Selling as whole or happy to consider parting out. Car turns over however does not start. Car developed noise in the engine, mechanic advised it is the cam guides in the engine. Have decide to sell and upgrade rather than repair myself.
Tyres are:Front 235x40x18Rear 265x35x18
Genuine M5 wheels and body kit.
Never had any trouble until now.
No rust, never been in an accident, some sun damage to paint on rear boot.
Interior is in good condition.
