The harness bar and harnesses can be removed (factory seatbelts arestill in place).There are few veryminor rust spots that are starting to develop but nothing that is an eyesore orthat has rusted through. This car needsnothing. The suspension is good, thetransmission is good, the engine is good. You are getting lot of car for low price. Any questions, pleaseask.
