FOR SALE: RARE BMW ZHP CONVERTIBLE
I am re-listing my rare 2006 BMW 330cic ZHP.  2006 was the last year BMW's M-Division produced this special model. bought this car for my wife who is now selling it because she just leased 2017 Chevrolet VOLT. currently own 2015 VW GTI. We would keep the car but we no longer have room in our garage for third vehicle and prefer not paying the extra insurance for a car now use so infrequently.
The ZHP edition was produced from 2004-2006 as tamer version of the M3.  It looks like an M3 in and out with the exception of slighter broader wheel wells and the side grill on the M3.  Unlike the M3 which has very high insurance rating, the ZHP is far lower on the insurance rating scale.
This ZHP looks amazing for an 11 year old car.  I'd say the exterior is out of 10 and the interior is an out of 10. think the E46s are the last BMWs to retain the classic look and feel of what BMWs are supposed to drive like. E46s lack the overly boosted steering of the new BMWs.  It also lack all the gimmicks, computer screens, and toys of the today's hi-tech expensive models. The ZHP is the last of its breed.
The only two features on the car that are non-factory are new carbon-fiber rear diffuser which looks great and distinguishes the car from other ZHPs and blackout BMW grills.  I have the factory grills as well.
I owned 335i few years ago. It was fast, but too soft with vague steering feel, bordering on luxury-sport vehicle The E46, especially the ZHP, feels like a true sports car in sheep's clothing. It is quick and handles amazingly well. The ZHP front seats are superior to any car I've driven. The thigh support extension is great for taller drivers on long trips.
Knowledgeable BMW people know this is RARE find.  I am member of the BMW Car Club of America.
It is fully stock and drives like new.  I put brand new tries on the car because didn't want to sell it with well-worn rubber.  The convertible top works perfectly. It has near new battery from BMW.
A few notes:  Because the car is 11 years old, it is being sold AS IS.  Please note, have 100% feedback rating with e-bay for 90+ transactions, so you can buy this car with confidence. Feel free to read all my reviews, especially those for car sales.
The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, and will assist in securing shipper if necessary.
NOTE: CarFax indicates minor accident prior to my ownership.  BMW dealership records show that the lower front fascia was replaced by an authorized BMW body shop. This is common issue for ZHPs and M3s.
