It has a clean title (no liens or anything), no mechanical issues, never been in any kind of accident, and has always been babied and very well maintained. The car has had only owners, and currently 82K original miles on it. The car is silver on the outside, and black leather on the inside. The car is loaded with every option for the year- leather, sunroof, factory chrome rims, heated/ac front seats, massage seats, heated rear seats, front/rear motion sensors, rear electric sunshade, rear electric passenger shades, heated steering wheel, self-closing doors/suction doors, premium/cold weather packages, push-start, bi-xenon headlamps, cd changer, all power options, alarm, keyless entry, etc. The car drives excellent, and has always been very well maintained. We have sets of keys, as well as all the books/manuals with the car. It needs nothing.EXTERIOR:The outside of the car is in excellent/mint condition. It was always garage kept, and definitely shows it. Only minor scuff or two around from age. Other than that, it's basically mint. The body itself is very straight. Paint on car is overall very glossy and looks beautiful! INTERIOR:The interior of the car is in excellent condition as well. The leather seats all look great. Heat is hot/AC is cold, and all power/electronic options work as they should. It is non-smoker car.
MECHANICALLYLet me first start out by saying that wouldn't hesitate to drive this car tomorrow from New York to Florida and then back. Considering the mileage and the condition, you can be assured it is in excellent shape mechanically. The car has always been looked upon and does not currently need anything. Maintenance has always been kept on it, and it's ready to go anywhere. 
As final note, all can say is that this car is in excellent condition all around. If you're looking for well-maintained and beautiful BMW 750I that was babied from day one, this is it. Please know the car is being sold AS-IS without any warranty implied or expressed.
