I bought this X5 in San Francisco area on May 17 while there on business trip. had few extra days so instead of flying decided to take drive back. Purchased this X5 and drove it from SFO area to Atlanta, about 2650 miles. From there the car was transported on trailer to upstate NY.As far as the trip the car performed flawlessly. made the trip in about 2.5 days, average speed was 65 mph and it did around 19mpg including climbing over the mountains (highest point was just over 8000ft and let's just say Nevada and Wyoming went by really fast:)
It drives very nice, feels like car, not an SUV. have Suburban also and this X5 is much more enjoyable to drive. 
Everything works.
I was going to keep it around as winter car, but wife says will have to sleep in the garage as this is 5th vehicle, so should probably sell it...:(

If "Buy It Now" is used, the car will come with full tank of gas, fresh oil and filter change, and free delivery within 150 miles from ZIP 12065 via Google Maps
Over 150 and up to 300 miles will deliver for $1.50 per loaded mile over 150 miles.
Over 300 miles negotiable or auto transporter, will deliver to terminal as per above.

The interior could use good detailing, have not had chance to attend to it yet. 
Check control shows message about the side light, haven't had chance to look into it yet, all of the lights work. Probably one of the bulbs is getting close to burning out
