Excellent Mechanical condition, very well maintained. Clean Carfax, clean title. Mostly driven on highway miles outside of NYC, do lot of road trips. This is not my daily driver, drive it once every week or two.

I bought the car with 22k miles on it from dealer in NJ back in 2010, am the second owner. Everything is bone stock besides the sport bumper, and LED angel eye lights. 

I have done regular oil changes, have replaced brakes and tires. Regularly refilled fluids and replaced filters when needed. Flushed the brake system once. Changed the front control arm. Have done regular wheel alignment and balancing. Took it in for battery line change as per BMW recall. Have changed Battery. Changed the sunroof motor. Changed all ignition coils. 

Right side has small nick on the door, and small dent about inches wide on the right side front fender. Someone nicked it while had it parked in parking lot. The rear bumper has few regular use marks as well, things you would expect from infrequent street parking. Front bumper is clean, the pictures you see are bit older, and it has bugs on it from my road trip. Interior is in decent shape, the front seat has small rip, but nothing you will notice when driving. 

Overall, the car drives extremely well. My last road trip squeezed out 29 miles per gallon using cruise control on the highway, which shows you how reliable and efficient the car still runs. I'm selling it because I'm looking to buy new car.
