The 09-10 werethe best years of the M5, and it took me years to find one in this rare colorcombination. The only reason I'm selling is am moving and buying house that doesn't have the room. This is one of the smoothest running E60's I've seen, and not one of those problematic cars that sits in the shop. It's always been garage kept and rarely seen rain. Several people asked me if it was new car. The interioris beautiful blend of wood, cream, and suede that never gets boring to lookat. The seats are supple and soft. The engine bay is extremely clean because ithas been driven in southern California for the last 70k miles. It starts andruns every single time and has never had one mechanical issue or let me downever. There is no Vanos noise and there are no engine faults. The engagementsand shifts are very smooth with no shutter or slip. The brakes are smooth withno pulsating. The audio system is amazing. All work done was preventativemaintenance. The rod bearings and bolts were changed few thousand miles agoas preventative maintenance and still have the original bearings which are inexcellent condition and is proof of the strict warm up routine and oil changehistory this car has had. No tunes, no burnouts, and I've never launched thecar once. simply drove the car to work like normal person would. have afolder of the entire service history, receipts, and pictures. Open to ship at buyer's expense.Full disclosure:This car has 98,500 miles and has normal wear and tear thatone would expect such as rock chips, minor scuffs, and wear areas on thedriver's seat and arm rests and plastic trim. The following small items shouldbe known, but do not affect how the car drives in any way, and have beenfigured in to the price of the car. You're driving 200 mph V10 no one cares anyway!-Carfax shows minor rear end reported with the firstowner but must have been very minor. As you can see in the close up picture the only evidence is some clear coat cracking on the bumper top edgejust to the left of the tag. Not one person has ever pointed it out because the car isso blindingly white and beautiful. -Drivers door soft close module needs replacement ($200). The door still works obviously.-Drivers side mirror glass sometimes does not return to thestored memory position, never bothered me. Apparently BMW mirrors are finicky.-Passenger thigh bolster needs new worm gear commonissue which you can get on ebay ($20), the motor works fine, never bothered me.-Because the car has non-EDC coilovers the EDC light comeson when you start the car. The light can be coded out in ISTA/P if desired.Never bothered me. The OEM EDC shocks are included with the sale and functionperfectly-The tires should be replaced in the next 5000 miles
