For sale is an exceptionally well maintained Certified Pre-Owned 2011 BMW 328i xDrive equipped with the high efficiency N51 SULEV engine.  I'm the second owner and purchased the car in July of 2014 with 12,500 miles.  It's currently covered under the year 100,000 mile BMW Certified Pre-Owned Protection Plan, as well as the year 100,000 mile cost-free maintenance warranty (original in-service date was April of 2012, which gives it coverage under both warranties for the next two years or 100,000 total vehicle miles).  The maintenance warranty is free of cost for all recommended BMW maintenance (fluids, oil changes, brake jobs, etc.); however, the service warranty is subject to $50 deductible.  All routine maintenance has been performed by Advantage BMW of Midtown since purchased the vehicle, and it's been washed and detailed on regular basis.

The car was equipped from the factory with the following options and packages:

Regarding the CPO warranty, confirmed with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager of BMW North Houston via VIN that it, along with the maintenance warranty, will transfer with the vehicle when sold.  When purchased the car was curious what it would have cost to add both warranties to non-CPO vehicle and was quoted over $6,000 by multiple dealers for the two combined.  BMW is awfully proud of their warranties, but they should be it's easy to get spoiled by cost free maintenance!  Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
