     The BMW runs and drives flawlessly, and has had all regular maintenance completed. Fresh service done 4/20/2016. The paint and bodyare in excellent condition for the year and miles, paint meter shows NO PAINT WORK on metal surfaces. The tires are in great shape and conservatively have about 90% tread left on them. Leather upholstery isin nearly flawless condition with very little visible wear. The engineruns perfectly, runs very strong, transmission shifts perfectly. A/C blows cold, heat is hot. All power options work, no apologies.
