Thank you for looking at the auction for my wife's BMW X5 SE 3.0 Litre Diesel automatic
We purchased this high spec BMW X5 in July 2016 from reputable dealer for just under ??16,000 with 52k on the clock the X5 is now up for sale having covered just 4k in our ownership bring it to just 56k. This is due to my wife having life changing illness that has meant she cannot drive for at least year and as already own cars myself this car has sat there not being used as often as it should/would have been.

It is very high spec X5 ,one that we hunted high and low for testing several before we settled on this one It is finished in Titanium silver metallic paint with black leather heated  electric seats It has the built in SAT NAV as well as blue tooth cruise control and the main reason we opted for this as it has the additional seats that can be put up in seconds turning it into 3rd row seater (these are also in the same leather as the rest of the interior which is black Nevada leather).
There are front and rear parking sensors and parking cameras it has climate control and superb sound system.
The car drives perfectly and has full service history having being serviced on 52k  when we purchased it  and again this week on 56k.  It has recently been MOT'd (July 27th) as well so requires nothing until at least July 2018 Everything works as it should and it is very clean with no bumps. 
If am being critical the front wheels could do with mini refurb due to some kerbing but other than that the car is in superb condition inside and out and if you wanted to get the wheels done they are only around ??40 per wheel to bring them like new.
The car comes with sets of keys the manual pack and books,  various invoices which are 90% from BMW for previous servicing and maintenance and the service history.
This really is reluctant sale and only one of necessity .
Upon agreeing the price would like ??250 deposit via paypal or bank transfer and the remainder via bank transfer or cash. We are able to to be flexible on the collection date .
