BMW Z3 1.9 Widebody facelift 2000 88K FSH
I bought this Z3 from retired police officer having been stored over the last two winters under cover indoors. Although it had full service history decided to service it anyway. It had recently had new brake lines but gave it new brake pads, new brake fluid and an oil service with filters and had the book stamped as well back in April. It has been pleasure to own, starts first time, drives incredible and i've recently seen it through its MOT now to end of June 2018.
The MOT flagged failing boot on the nearside suspension so the entire suspension arm has been replaced brand new ready for the next owner. Rear suspension bushes werealso done at the same time.
This is facelifted widebody version made from 2000 with just 88098 miles done. It has huge history file dating back many years with all its books complete and even two keys; one looks like it has never been used.

This car was originally registered in Jersey hence its shorter plate, it stays with the car.
Due to the mirror bases of these cars being aluminium the passenger side base has bubbled so could use stripping and respraying but this is purely cosmetic. This is common fault with these cars and should be checked on every Z3. It is in incredible condition for 17 years old with only couple of paint defects all on the driver's side rear arch with paint chip and small amount of lacquer peel on the edge of the rim. The pictures show these are not massive job and would only need small amount of TLC to make perfect. The actuator in the driver's door that pulls down the lock latch is on its last legs; the alarm system and lock works perfectly with the use of the key in the door. know these actuators are ??30 on ebay second hand.
I am an accountant and BMW enthusiast, not trader. look after these cars and try to give them the best detailing and care. They are not ragged around. Perfect car for summer and to tidy up for shows.
Happy to answer any questions. Test drives with proof of insurance; inspections welcome.
Relished due to offer accepted and no show time waster again. ??100 deposit will now be payable upon auction completion due within 24 hours.
Thanks,Luke
