No accident since purchased this car in January 2014

THE CAR IS SITTING OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE, AND DON'T REALLY USE THIS CAR FOR PAST MONTHS(ONLY ON THE WEEKEND) SINCE BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE. THIS CAR HAS CURRENT EMISSION, LAST WEEK COULDN'T START THE CAR, CHECKED THE BATTERY, AND IT IS FINE, GUESS THERE IS SOMETHING ELSE WRONG WITH THAT. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS THE CAR STARTED AND WORKED FOR LIKE 15-20 MINUTES BUT THEN TURNED OFF COMPLETELY, SO NOW IT WONT START AT ALL. JUST WANT TO SELL IT AS IS.

I repaired/replaced in the past few years: replaced radiator, coolant reservoir and hoses, replaced rear brake pads and rotors just couple of weeks ago, replaced engine gasket (on the bottom), replaced control module.(I have all the receipts from shop). Update: Replaced the water pump on 10/18/2016-No coolant leaks. AC/Heat is working good!

The issues: driver's seat is torn, cracked windshield, driver's window doesn't work, high consumption of the oil, traction warning triangle light is on (the mechanic said that steering angle sensor needs to be replaced but it is not necessary).
