2003 BMW M3 for sale

For sale is my 2003 e46 M3 dont want to sell it but i'm in the ARMY and i'm leaving for fort wainwright Alaska in January and dont think slammed M3 is the best vehicle to have lol.
its pretty stock for the most part but ill try and think of everything ive got on it.
Turner motor sports under drive pulleys .
KW V3 coil overs.
19 inch wheels, wanna say 9.5 in the rear 275/19/40 and 8.5 in the front 245/19/40.
AFE stage dry intake.
Nittos at all corners.
I'm not desperate to get rid of the car but would like to sell it before leave
The car also has title but im not sure why, theres absolutely nothing wrong with the car
