So this is my beautiful maintained M3. This was my dream car when was younger and babied it like crazy. I'm very OCD about this car and always keep it clean and running like champ. bought the car in California so you don't have to worry about rust. I've always let the car warm up for 15mins before driving every time and still do to this time. I ALWAYS hand wash and wax this car which just did a paint correction so there's no swirls or scratches in the paint using Chemical Guys products. I change the oil every 5,000 miles not 15,000 that the dealer wants you to do, but always use 10W60 BMW Twin Power oil which buy from ECS tuning every time. As far as maintenance I'm ALWAYS on top of that and change the Transmission fluid, Rear Differential fluid and Fuel filter every 15,000 miles to make sure it runs perfect. As for mods and parts replaced goes as the following:
EXTERIOR -Authentic BBS LM's with gold plated hardware all around and red BBS center caps 19x9.5 up front with 245/35/19 tires, 19x10.5 in the rear with 265/30/19 tires,Front tires are Continental EXTREMECONTACT DW with 15,000 miles on them and the rear tires are Continental EXTREMEONTACT DWS which only have 500 miles on them due to my alignment being off so that was don't while the tires were replaced -Carbon Fiber side mirror covers, Front lip, Extended side skirts and Carbon Fiber CSL rear Diffuser -Xenon factory headlights with 7000k angel eyes -Brand new front windshield -Paint matched Fog light covers with 3000k LED bulbs -CSL fiberglass trunk with LED license plate lights -Blocked off drivers door key hole but have the stock one if you want to go back -Tinted windows 35% -Brand new Front windshield cowl due to the old one being unserviceable -Changed BMW emblems to Black and White carbon fiber look -Blacked out front grills INTERIOR -Large Aluminum SMG paddles with brand new switches -Factory Harmon Kardon system with navigation which upgraded the software with the BMW logo when it first comes on. 2015 navigation CD's both East Coast and West coast. -Imola Red leather interior with no rips or tears an there cleaned and leather conditioner applied every month to keep them mint. Rear seats look like they never been sat in. -Master LED interior lights from ECS tuning which are all cool white. -M aluminum hand brake with grey suede boot SUSPENISON - ECS tuning B12 Pro-kit- Eibach Pro-kit springs with Bilstein shocks and struts -Front control arm bushings replaced 7,000 miles ago -Turner Motorsport rear adjustable camber arms for street/track -I also have set of Bilstein PSS9 coilovers that will go with the car. It was little to rough for me so that's why switched. -Also have complete Power Flex Performance Polyurethane Bushings for the rear subframe and differential.
BRAKES -Power Stop brake kit which includes front and rear drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic brake pads changed 10,000 miles ago -ECS tuning stainless steel brake lines with TYP 200 brake fluid flush ENGINE -VF-engineering Cold Air Intake with Alpha-N-tune/MAFless hex tune -HEX TUNING ECU SOFTWARE UPGRADE and Cold-Air Intake(gain approx 30-35hp/20-25tq) 295whp and 236wtqECU software for the BMW M3 was enhanced by Hex Tuning and VF engineers resulting in noticeable increase in throttle response and power. Various enhancements included comprehensive Vanos re-calibration for aggressive intake and exhaust camshaft timing and effective cylinder filling.This calibration was scientifically developed/tested and measured on Mustang MD500-AWD chassis dyno using 91 octane. The top speed limiter was removed and combined with refined ignition, fuel and camshaft calibration.A MAF-less configuration is used to refine the throttle response in all environments and reduce power controls by the overly conservative factory calibration. This software is well suited with MAF-less cold air intakes such as the VF-Engineering cold air intake system for the M3. Peak gains of 35whp and 25wtq have been measured when used in combination with the VF intake and performance exhaust.Worldwide models of the M3 are applicable and the software is user programmable with the use of the Hex Flash programming cable included. The Hex Flash cable works in conjunction with laptop and is used to read and write software from/to the vehicles computer (ECU). Increases shift firmness in S4/5/6 and increases launch control RPM to 3800RPM on US spec M3's.
