Condition:
Firstly, the Subframe has been inspected through our Specialist BMW Workshop (see our website as per photos ranked 2nd out of over 3,500 Dealers Nationwide!) and there are no cracks. DO NOT BUY AN E46 M3 WITHOUT HAVING THIS CHECKED. Likewise, don't just rely on fresh MOT. We see cars with apparently good subframes that have recently passed MOT's with problems i.e. we presently have an M3 Coupe in our workshop with rotting subframe having the necessary repair work completed and it is the best part of ??2000.00 job to have done correctly (involves dropping the components, welding in new panels and additionally injecting strengthening resin). You are very welcome to see our car on one of our sets of ramps for added peace of mind.
Superb condition inside and out. Bodywork in lovely order with no rust and no dings/dents/scrapes to note. Obviously it is now 14 years old so you would expect some minor cosmetic wear but this is in superb shape for its age and could pass for the condition of 4-5 year old example. Alloy wheels have some minor marks/corrosion and would benefit from refurb to make them immaculate. We have however seen them in far worse order.
Interior also in great shape and the leather looks extremely fresh as you can hopefully tell from the photos. Absolute minimal wear internally in the standard areas otherwise i.e. plastics in centre have some minor marks, lower part of steering wheel etc (they all have these but just being honest for the purposes of an online sale)
Hood in great condition with no rips/tears and has recently been treated. Functions perfectly and is black in colour (see our website for more photos)
Everything works perfectly and it drives completely without fault (gearbox lovely and precise, no juddering through the brakes, doesn't pull to the left or right etc, Vanos perfect and passed bench test when it when through our workshop for inspection prior to sale). It really is lovely example in every respect!
So the question is...why is it now on Ebay? Frankly we are amazed this car is still with us and had it priced originally at ??12,695.00 unfortunately though we have had no end of tyre kickers and have had it in stock for around months. We had an offer approximately month ago for ??11,500.00 (which we turned down at the time feeling it was worth more!) and have had people apply to buy this car on Finance, but to no avail. Last week we also had viewings, both extremely positive but we have as of yet not heard anything back. It really is mystery as to why its still here!!? but thats the reality of Car Sales sometimes...so we have decided to drop the price to fixed ??10,995.
With winter approaching and being relatively small dealer, its time for this beautiful car to find new home! It really is fantastic buy and any M3 enthusiast will note finding one with top spec, in an individual colour combination with low mileage, low number of keepers complete service history is increasingly difficult! Likewise, it hasn't been messed around with, hidden accident damage etc. It's genuinely what you would hope it to be. 
It is also worth noting that it is widely tipped for E46 M3's to double in value over the next years! therefore if this car is kept in the same condition with sensible mileage it should prove to be extremely desirable and good investment...(*cough* with 343bhp on tap!) You only need to look at what the prices of these cars have done over the last couple of years to see they are appreciating. Likewise, its similar situation with the other variants E39 M5's, E36 M3, Z3M's etc. they have all started to shoot up in value and should continue to do so.
Priced at ??10,995 strictly no offers its really great example and we do feel its being undersold...!
